How the Acai Berry Worked For Me

I will tell you a little bit about acai berry and how it actually worked for me.

The acai berry is the fruit of the acai palm tree, which grow in central and South American rainforests from Belize to Brazil.

Without going into too much technical stuff the acai berry diet pill contains high levels of antioxidants, omega fats, high fibre, amino acids and plant sterols and also loads of vitamins and minerals.

I lost around 14 pounds in 6 weeks – of course you have to eat a sensible diet and exercise as much as possible but the little acai berry capsule really worked for me. You take one 20 minutes before breakfast and one 20 minutes before lunch.
